M365 to Google Workspace Migration
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need all 20–25 of my Microsoft 365 mailboxes moved to Google Workspace with zero data loss and minimal disruption to my team. Each account must arrive intact—emails, folder structure, calendars, and contacts—while retaining the exact same email addresses on the new platform. Two users are especially large (about 20 GB and 40 GB), so I want their mailboxes migrated first to make sure they are fully operational before we switch the rest.
I prefer you work with Google’s native Migration Tool; that should cover authentication, throttling, and delta passes, but feel free to suggest small add-ons or scripts if they speed verification or cut downtime. All traffic must remain secure in transit, and I expect you to configure any required OAuth scopes, DNS changes, and coexistence settings so that mail keeps flowing during the cut-over window.
Once the data is across, you will:
• validate every mailbox for completeness, confirming message counts, labels/folders, calendar items, and contacts against the source;
• switch MX records when I give the go-ahead and test inbound/outbound flow;
• provide a concise hand-off report that lists what was moved, any errors you resolved, and confirmation that both large accounts finished first.
After go-live, I’ll need a brief period of post-migration support—answering user questions, re-mapping mobile devices, and addressing any lingering sync issues.
