Google Workspace to M365 Migration

I’m moving away from Google Workspace and need everything in my account brought across to Microsoft 365 without data loss or unnecessary downtime. This covers the full set of items I use daily: all Gmail messages (including labels and archived mail), my contacts, every calendar with its recurring events, plus every file and folder currently stored in Google Drive.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Plan and execute the transfer to my Microsoft 365 tenant, using the most reliable tools or native migration utilities.
• Preserve folder structures, labels, sharing permissions and file versions where possible.
• Verify that mail routing flips cleanly so I don’t miss incoming messages during the cut-over.
• Spot-check contacts and calendars after migration to confirm nothing is missing or garbled.
• Move Drive content into the appropriate M365 locations (OneDrive or a chosen SharePoint site) and confirm links still work.
• Provide a concise hand-off report summarising steps taken, any issues encountered, and final validation results.

I’m happy to grant temporary admin access once we agree on a schedule; I just need a smooth, well-documented transition and clear confirmation when everything is safely in Microsoft 365.
