Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Migration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am preparing to move fewer than 50 users from Google Workspace (Gmail + Drive) into Microsoft 365 and need an experienced hand to make the transition smooth. My immediate priority is the data transfer itself—mail, calendar items, contacts and Drive files—while keeping downtime to an absolute minimum. General best-practice security is all that’s required; there are no special compliance constraints. I have super admin access in both environments. Microsoft is brand new tenant. Domain name stays same

Here is what I’m looking for you to handle:
• Assess the current Google setup, size the data and propose the most appropriate migration method or tool (native Exchange Online, GSMME, MigrationWiz, etc.).
• Configure Microsoft 365 and DNS records so users can cut over cleanly.
• Perform the staged or cut-over migration, verifying that every mailbox and Drive folder arrives intact.
• Be available on the designated change night to monitor progress, troubleshoot and give me real-time advice.
• Provide a brief post-migration checklist so I can confirm mail flow, permissions and file ownership are all in order.
