Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Migration
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m moving six colleagues and all their data off Google Workspace and onto Microsoft 365 Business Standard. The job covers the full end-to-end changeover:
• Migrate every user’s Gmail, Google Calendar events, Drive files, and saved contacts into the matching Outlook, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, and People apps.
• Preserve folder structures, labels, sharing permissions, and calendar colours wherever Microsoft allows.
• Configure each Microsoft 365 licence, DNS records, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and mobile/desktop Outlook profiles so mail flow switches cleanly with no noticeable downtime.
• Stand up Microsoft Teams: create the organisation, add the six users, apply appropriate policies, and confirm chat/meetings work on desktop and mobile.
• Final validation—spot-check mailboxes, run file counts, and confirm calendars, contacts, and Teams are all identical to Google before sign-off.
