Google-to-M365 Migration Training

I need an expert who can train my IT staff Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 by taking practical oriented session
Trainer must know configuration, licence assignment, user provisioning, domain setup, and the migration of Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Google Drive and Shared Drives. Along the way, you will lead my team in best-practice use of the Microsoft 365 admin centre, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and any PowerShell modules required. Trainer must know DNS and MX record management.
Training element
Your role goes beyond doing the work—you will coach us as you go. I expect clear explanations during planning sessions, screen-share walk-throughs while scripts run, and post-migration Q&A clinics so our admins can support end users without escalating minor issues.
Trainer must also have the knowledge of the following.
• Migration runbook and timeline
• Configured Microsoft 365 tenant with users, licences and domains ready
• Successful mailbox and Drive/Shared Drive migrations, validated for data integrity and permissions
• Seamless DNS/MX cut-over with documented steps for rollback
• Post-migration support package: knowledge-transfer sessions, recorded demos, and concise written guides for staff and end users
