Google to 365 Email Migration
Budget: ₹4,000 – ₹6,000 INR
I’m moving a small team—fewer than ten user accounts—off Google Workspace and onto Microsoft 365. Every message in each mailbox must make the trip, not just recent history, and each user’s calendar needs to come across intact as well.
You’ll handle the end-to-end process: preparing both admin consoles, choosing the right migration method (native Google → Exchange Online tools, IMAP, or a third-party utility if it shortens the cut-over), running the data transfer, switching DNS, and confirming nothing is lost. Downtime should be kept to a minimum and users should be able to open Outlook or Outlook Web straight away once we flip the MX records.
Deliverables:
• All mailboxes fully populated in Microsoft 365 with folder structure preserved
• Calendars migrated and verified for accuracy
• Post-migration testing report showing send/receive functionality and random spot checks of historical mail
• Clear rollback or remediation plan (even if we never need it)
I’ll provide super-admin credentials on both sides and will be available to approve DNS changes when you say go. If this sounds routine to you and you’ve done similar migrations recently, let’s set a timeline and get started.
