FreeBSD Dovecot to Microsoft 365 Migration

I run a FreeBSD mail server that uses Dovecot for IMAP. I’m ready to retire that box and move everything— emails only, no contacts or calendars— into Microsoft 365. 10 active mailboxes need to make the jump.
Here’s what I need from you: plan the cut-over, copy every message into the correct Microsoft 365 mailbox, and leave me with a clean, documented switchover that keeps downtime to an absolute minimum. I will handle the licensing on the Microsoft side and any DNS or MX tweak and verification that each user can sign in and see a complete, intact mailbox.. You handle the data moves.
