Fix Outlook 365 Loading Issue
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Outlook (Microsoft 365 subscription) refuses to open on my Windows laptop, so I have been unable even to reach the email-configuration stage. I need someone who knows their way around Outlook profiles, cached data (OST/PST), Safe Mode, Office repair and similar troubleshooting steps to get the program to launch normally and complete the account setup.
Once Outlook loads, I want it fully configured so I can send and receive mail without errors. I have credentials and administrator access to the machine, but I am stuck beyond that.
Deliverables I will accept
• Outlook launches cleanly from the desktop without hanging or crashing
• Primary mailbox added and tested for successful send/receive
• Clear, written outline of the steps you took (so I can repeat them if the issue reappears)
