Experienced Developer for Recruitment Automation

Freelance Developer Needed – Build End-to-End Recruitment Pipeline (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, MS 365, Power BI)

We are looking for an experienced freelance Microsoft 365 developer to design and build a complete Recruitment Automation Pipeline for our organization. The system must streamline the end-to-end hiring process and integrate seamlessly with our existing Microsoft 365 environment.

Scope of Work:

1. SharePoint (Core Database & Document Control)

Build structured SharePoint Lists for requisitions, candidates, interviews, approvals, and onboarding.

Create document libraries for CVs, contracts, and evaluation forms.

Configure permissions and access levels (HR only, HOD, MD, etc.).

2. Power Apps (Recruitment Portal)

Develop a user-friendly HR portal to manage vacancies, candidates, interviews, and approvals.

Build a candidate intake form with automated position mapping.

Create manager dashboards for interview feedback and hiring decisions.

3. Power Automate (Workflow Automation)

Automate requisition approvals.

Automate interview scheduling (Outlook integration).

Notify stakeholders at each stage (HR, HOD, MD).

Auto-generate offer letters, evaluation forms, and onboarding checklists.

Enable automated document routing and final record archiving.

4. Power BI (Recruitment Dashboard)

Build real-time dashboards showing vacancy status, hiring pipeline, source performance, recruiter KPIs, and time-to-hire metrics.

Integrate SharePoint lists as the primary data source.

5. Integration with Microsoft 365

Outlook, Teams notifications

OneDrive for document storage

MS Forms (optional) for candidate assessments

Security and compliance alignment

Requirements:

Proven experience building HR or recruitment systems using Microsoft 365 tools

Strong skills in SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI

Ability to document the system and provide training to HR users

Must deliver a clean, scalable, and secure architecture

Deliverables:

Fully functional recruitment pipeline

Documentation (SOPs, workflows, admin guide)

Technical handover + training session
