MS Exchange Migration

I need to move our entire Exchange 2016 organization—about 3,000 user and shared mailboxes—into a true hybrid model that balances on-premise servers with Microsoft 365. The goal is seamless coexistence: uninterrupted mail flow, intact calendar permissions, and no surprises for end-users while we stage the migration in batches.
