Exchange & M365 Hybrid Migration
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m preparing a series of migrations that span classic on-premises Exchange environments right through to Exchange Online, and I need a pair of expert hands to keep everything smooth, scripted, and well documented.
Scope of the work
– Review my current on-premises and cloud Exchange infrastructure, identify any configuration gaps, and propose a seamless hybrid posture.
– Use PowerShell to manage Exchange servers: mailbox moves, batch creation, throttling policies, transport rules, and automated health checks are the immediate priorities.
– Tackle Microsoft 365 and Teams setup, user management, and the trickier integrations (voice, compliance connectors, guest access) so end users experience a single, reliable platform.
– Coordinate with my network team on Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP dependencies; you’ll also advise on clustering, load balancing, and the backup strategy that protects both on-prem and cloud workloads.
Key expectations
• Solid, demonstrable experience with Exchange (2016/2019) and Exchange Online in a hybrid design.
• Confident, reusable PowerShell modules—well commented—so future admins can extend them.
• Clear project documentation and migration runbooks that non-technical stakeholders can follow.
• Availability to work under pressure during cut-over weekends and to brief users or execs on progress.
