Embed AI in Office Apps

I need to embed practical AI features directly inside Outlook, Word, and Excel so my day-to-day work becomes far less manual.

Primary goals
• Tame email overload in Outlook by automatically triaging, categorising, flagging priorities, and suggesting quick replies.
• Speed up document creation in Word with smart templates, content suggestions, and live error-spotting that adapts to our writing style.
• Simplify scheduling and calendar management across the suite—auto-generate meeting slots, resolve conflicts, and surface insights on time allocation.

Key capabilities to build
– Automation of repetitive tasks: rules or add-ins that run without constant supervision.
– Data analysis & insights: lightweight dashboards or side-panes inside Excel/Outlook that visualise trends pulled from mails, calendars, or spreadsheets.

High-level deliverables
1. Functional add-ins (or Microsoft 365-compatible scripts) for Outlook, Word, and Excel.
2. Clear setup instructions plus source code or configuration files.
3. A brief walkthrough video or live demo showing the automations in action.

Acceptance criteria
• All three processes—email management, document creation, and scheduling—show measurable time savings in a short pilot.
• Solutions run natively inside the desktop and web versions of Office 365.
• Code is well-commented and ready for future enhancements.
