M365 Email and Files Migration

I need assistance migrating my M365 email and files from one account to another.

Requirements:
- Migrate 1 email account
- Migrate files, retaining existing folder structure

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with M365 email and file migration
- Familiarity with maintaining folder structures during migration
- Attention to detail and reliability

Please Note: I will need someone who can shadow me via screen share and talk me through, and I will need to do it. I cannot share access to my accounts as these are business accounts. I am a techie and know what needs to be done but I have never done it so I am looking for someone with experience who can shadow me while I am doing this to ensure I am not making any mistakes. Happy to pay for the experienced person to help me with this move.
