Develop M365 Payment Request System

I am seeking a skilled developer to create an internal payment request system within our Microsoft 365 environment. The system should ideally utilize Power Apps or Microsoft Lists along with Power Automate to streamline the process. The payment request form must include fields for Request Type, Amount, and Department, with predefined request types.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a payment request form using Power Apps or Microsoft Lists
- Include fields: Request Type (predefined), Amount, and Department
- Allow optional attachments with each request
- Implement an approval workflow using Power Automate
- Send email notifications to approvers based on request type
- Ensure approval statuses are read-only and updated automatically
- Include an "actioned/paid" column for the accounts team to update once payment is made
- Notify the requester via email upon approval/decline and payment completion
- Alert the accounts team of new payment requests and approvals

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, and Power Automate
