Custom Outlook Contact Form Design

I need a Microsoft 365 developer to help re-design and edit existing Outlook contact data-entry form. The form will rely solely on standard Outlook fields but must surface Phone Numbers and Email Addresses prominently.
You’ll be working inside an M365 tenant, so experience with the Outlook Form Designer, VBA, VSTO or Office JavaScript is essential. The immediate goal is the Outlook form itself.
Acceptance criteria
• A compiled .oft (or published) contact form containing only the standard Phone Number and Email Address fields.
