Custom Microsoft Copilot Integration

I need my existing Microsoft 365 tenant configured so Copilot can tap into everything stored in OneDrive and work seamlessly inside Word, Excel, Outlook and the rest of the Office suite. Once configured, Copilot should be able to pull answers to day-to-day, work-related questions straight from the files it finds, respect my existing permissions, and present the responses right where I’m working.

A major use-case is data crunching: I want to “teach” Copilot how to run billing analysis and broader trend analysis on any spreadsheet I supply. After the training phase I should be able to drop a new file into OneDrive, ask Copilot for the billing breakdown or emerging trends, and receive clean, reliable results without extra steps.

Scope of work
• Configure Copilot access to OneDrive content and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Set up security, compliance and permission boundaries.
• Build and test prompts / custom instructions for billing and trend analysis in Excel.
• Verify Copilot’s ability to surface accurate, work-related answers across Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Provide a short hand-off session plus written notes so I can maintain or extend the setup on my own.

Acceptance criteria
• Copilot answers at least 90 % of sampled work queries correctly using OneDrive data.
• A fresh spreadsheet placed in OneDrive can be analysed through a single Copilot prompt, returning billing totals and key trends.
• No permissions are broadened beyond current Microsoft 365 settings.
• Clear documentation is delivered.
