Custom Domain Email Setup

I need a complete, turnkey setup for a professional email address that ends in my own domain rather than @gmail.com. Since I don’t yet own a domain, please begin by researching and presenting two or three available domain ideas that match my organisation’s name and purpose; once we agree on one, you’ll handle the registration in my name.

From there, I’d like you to configure reliable email hosting. I’m open to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, or any other reputable provider you recommend, so long as it supports robust spam filtering, easy webmail access, and smooth integration with mobile and desktop clients.

After we lock in the service, set up the first mailbox (, update all DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for proper deliverability, and run test messages to confirm both sending and receiving work flawlessly. Please supply the login credentials securely and give me a short hand-over guide so I can add future addresses myself.
