Connect Domain to Microsoft Email

I’ve already bought a custom domain through Canva’s registrar interface and I also hold an active Microsoft 365 subscription with mailboxes ready to go. All that’s missing is the technical wiring: I need the DNS records published correctly so the domain is fully verified in Microsoft 365 and mail starts flowing without errors or spam-flag issues.

Here’s the flow I expect:

• Verify the domain inside Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• Publish/adjust MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Autodiscover and any CNAME or TXT records Canva’s DNS panel requires
• Wait for propagation, test inbound and outbound mail, and confirm the domain shows “healthy” in the Microsoft security portal
• Provide a short hand-off note so I know where to find or modify the records in the future

Canva’s domain dashboard is fairly minimal, so you may need to work around any record-count limits it imposes. Please handle the entire setup remotely—once I grant temporary admin access—and leave everything documented.
