Configure Zoho Mail to work in paralel with a domain already connected to Microsoft 365
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a domain hosted in GoDaddy (example: @mydomain.com).
This domain is already working with Microsoft 365 for a subset of users with active office subscriptions.
For a new subset of users i want to enable Zoho Mail to work with the same domain.
Key Objectives:
1. Configure Zoho Mail
2. Test successfully Send/Receive Mails between different platforms
3. Review and confirm no impact to work with Zoho Mail and Microsoft 365 at the same time.
4. Record a manual to document the configuration.
