CRM System Development with Power Platform
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am seeking an experienced developer to create a CRM system utilizing the Power Platform Plan Designer. The first task will be to produce a Product Requirements Document (PRD) using Copilot M365 Notebooks.
First create a PRD (products requirements document ) using copilot M365 copilot/notebooks. Please refer to utube the video "I recreated Dynamics CRM using Power Platform Plan designer" on how to create the PRD.
Ideal candidates should have a strong background in CRM development and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
This is a straight forward project. You do not have to build it from the ground up. Copilot will build the CRM. The hardest part is getting the PRD right.
Please let me know what experience you have building CRM with copilot plan designer.
I need OOB:
set up 3 users
Connect to outlook
Outlook style calendar
In cell editing
Auto fill addresses
Entities
-Contacts
-Companies
-Activities
-Members (linked to contacts)
Categories
A field for Last appt/next appt
Send out Appt reminder emails
Print a merge letter (from word templates on file system C drive)
Get sample word templates
Create views and forms per my specs

Further development later:
1. Ability for user to create new columns on the fly - as seen in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations - I don't want to call a developer every time I need a new column - I am a financial advisor - I need to view data in different ways ad hoc
2. Send out appointment request emails (not with "bookings") - when enter a new tentative appointment on the calendar then right click and send out an email to client
3. Send out printed merge letters (simple way) - use templates on the C drive
4. Need training - collaborate with 2 employees on tasks - Teams? Tasks?
