Business App Install & Updates
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a reliable IT professional who can take charge of installing and keeping my business-critical software fully updated. The immediate priority is configuring a standardized email-signature solution across our team so every outgoing message carries the correct branding, contact details, and legal disclaimer.
All work happens on Windows 11 PCs running Microsoft 365. I will provide the signature template and domain details; you will:
• Deploy the signature to every user in Outlook (desktop and web).
• Set rules so it inserts automatically on new messages and replies.
• Verify the formatting remains intact on mobile clients.
• Document the steps for future updates.
Beyond this first task, I’d like ongoing support whenever business applications—Office apps, CRM tools, or accounting packages—need clean installs, version upgrades, or troubleshooting. If we work well together, you’ll become my go-to person for scheduled patching and quick fixes.
