Bulk Microsoft 365 Forwarding

I need every one of my 108 Microsoft 365 mailboxes to start forwarding all incoming mail to matching addresses on a brand-new domain. I hold full admin privileges, but none of these mailboxes carry active licences, so the solution must rely on admin-level settings (Exchange Online rules or PowerShell), not on individual user log-ins.

Key requirements
• Create a forward for each mailbox to its counterpart at the new domain.
• Disable “keep a copy” so nothing remains in the source mailbox.
• Provide a short confirmation report listing each mailbox, its new forward target and a time-stamped status that forwarding is working.

You are free to use the Microsoft 365 admin centre, Exchange Online PowerShell, or any other native tool that accomplishes the job cleanly and in bulk.

The project is complete when all 108 addresses forward correctly and the report shows zero failures.
