Decision-Making Matrix:
- Create a robust decision-making matrix that facilitates our executives in evaluating, approving, or rejecting the submitted initiatives based on predefined criteria.
- Integrate this matrix with Power Automate to ensure a seamless workflow from request submission to executive evaluation.
Prioritization Matrix Tool:
- Develop a dynamic prioritization matrix tool to assist us in generating a well-defined list of priorities and deliverable milestones.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel, Tasks, and other 365 applications to make the prioritization process intuitive, actionable, and easy to manage.
Key Requirements:
