Build Integrated Digital Employee Experience Portal

I'm initiating a project to develop a comprehensive Digital Employee Experience Portal using Microsoft 365 technologies. The goal is to enhance internal communication, automate HR and operational workflows, and visualize organizational data through interactive dashboards.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a central SharePoint Online portal for all employees, featuring document management and an employee directory.
- Automate manual workflows such as leave requests and onboarding processes using Power Automate.
- Enable self-service options for common employee requests to improve efficiency.
- Track key performance indicators like employee engagement using Power BI.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Outlook, and Forms into the workflow to enhance user productivity and collaboration.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience in developing and managing SharePoint portals with document management and directory features.
