Bluehost-to-M365 Email Migration

I run a small business with one mailbox currently hosted on Bluehost via standard IMAP. I'm now preparing to integrate to Microsoft 365 Business and need every message, folder, and attachment for my specific business moved over—nothing can be left behind. After the transfer I also want each account configured on every user device (desktops, laptops, phones, tablets) so Outlook and the built-in mobile mail apps connect flawlessly to Exchange Online.

• Source: Bluehost IMAP with full mailbox histories
• Destination: Microsoft 365 Business (Exchange Online)
• Scope: 1–10 accounts, migrate all existing data, then re-create identical folder structures, flags, and read/unread status
• Post-migration: update DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to cut over without downtime, decommission old boxes, and set up Outlook profiles and mobile sync on every device
