Automated Excel Product Development Tracking Templates (48Hrs)

I need a set of smart Excel workbooks that help me record—and later consolidate—the progress of our product development, focusing specifically on the development and creation phase. Each department will fill in its own template; I then want a master file that pulls everything together through Power Query and presents the results in a few straightforward Pivot Tables and graphs

Here is what I have in mind:
• Individual templates: clean, locked-down sheets with clear input fields for each development checkpoint we follow in production. The headers are clear, a few drop downs and key deadline dates which i'd like to draw from my central reference file (wont be in the template file itself) and Formulas to Measure timeliness, which i already have created along with the drop down list for each headers where applicable
• Central file: a Power Query routine that imports every template dropped into a given folder, normalises the data, and refreshes on demand.
• Simple pivots: Pivot tables in each file that instantly show overall progress and highlight any stage that lags behind schedule.

Acceptance criteria
1. Templates protect formulas and structure yet remain easy to update.
2. Consolidation runs via a single “Refresh All” and requires no manual editing.
3. Pivot output is readable at a glance and slices by product, date, and development stage.

I work in Microsoft 365, so please build everything to run seamlessly there without extra add-ins.
