Auto-Formatting Excel Sheet Template

I need a small, fast-turnaround Excel file that forces Times New Roman, 16-pt on every cell in the worksheet the instant I type, paste, or insert data—no exceptions, no extra clicks. The scope is simple: the entire sheet must stay in that font and size, even if I add new rows, columns, or additional sheets later.

Everything I’ll be entering is manual copy-and-paste text, so reliability matters more than fancy visuals.
