April Microsoft 365 Helpdesk Cover
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an intermediate-level Microsoft 365 generalist who can keep my small team productive for four specific dates: April 8, 9, 10 and 13. During those days you’ll monitor a dedicated support mailbox throughout business hours and jump in whenever a user reports trouble. Most requests historically revolve around Outlook email configuration, sync problems or missing messages, but you should also feel comfortable handling the occasional Word, Excel or PowerPoint question.
On the desktop side, standard hardware checks (printers, webcams, external drives) and routine Windows software troubleshooting are in scope. Network issues are handled elsewhere, so you won’t be expected to touch those.
Compensation is simple: a $200 retainer for being on call the four days, plus $50 per hour whenever you need to work directly with a user by screen-share, call or remote session.
Deliverables
• Same-day resolution or clear escalation notes for each ticket
• A brief daily email summarizing issues handled, actions taken and billable time
If the dates fit your schedule and you’re comfortable with Microsoft 365 admin tools, Outlook, and basic hardware diagnostics, drop me a note describing your experience and preferred remote-support tools. I’m ready to lock this in so we can test access well before April 8.
