I need an Excel expert to blueprint and build a series of robust workbooks that will cover attendance, payroll, accounting, reporting, and general MIS needs. The immediate focus is thoughtful, rock-solid design; automation and long-term maintenance can come later once the structure is locked in.

What absolutely must be part of every sheet:
• Data validation and error checks that stop bad inputs before they corrupt formulas.
• Clear, intuitive conditional formatting so unusual entries and outliers stand out at a glance.

Everything should be laid out for easy auditing and future expansion. You’re welcome to lean on Microsoft 365 features—dynamic arrays, structured tables, or Power Query—if they keep the design clean and scalable.
