We are looking to develop a solution that automates the processing of emails sent to our central email address. The system should analyze incoming emails and automatically generate predefined responses or follow-up questions.

Automated generation of responses or follow-up questions.
Example: We specialize in B2B customers. When inquiries from B2C customers are received, the system should automatically send a standardized response, informing them that we serve only business customers. Additionally, the system could suggest selected partner companies for their needs.
The system should also be capable of generating follow-up questions if additional information is required before internal processing.
Only after receiving a response from the sender should the email be forwarded or handled internally.
Developer Requirements:

Knowledge in implementing AI-based analysis tools for email communication.
