Full Stack Development (Individual Freelancer Only)

Job ID: 36106122

Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR

About the Product

Our codebase is very mature – several generations past MVP, modularized & built-to-scale. We’ve worked with a great group of off-shore developers to get it where it is, and now it’s time to bring the day-to-day management of the development process in-house. We also want to take a hard look at whether we have exactly the right product architecture and underlying technology.

High on the priority list is optimizing the front-end code, perhaps using a micro front-end architecture. As we grow and the product moves into production, we need to implement DevOps practices to support 24x7x365 operations.

About You

You’re passionate about innovation, building great products, running high-functioning teams of great people, and providing the leadership that helps your reports become their best selves. You thrive on finding creative solutions to interesting problems and take pride in being part of something that’s bigger than yourself. You’re looking for an opportunity to be part of something that has the potential to be big, and both attracted to and financially able to embrace a compensation package that’s heavily weighted towards equity.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on, day-to-day role contributing to the nuts & bolts development of our substantial code base and third-party integrations, with ultimate responsibility for best practices, code quality and adherence to architectural design principles.
