Build Programmatic DSP & Exchange
Budget: ₹500,000 – ₹1,000,000 INR
I’m launching a self-serve programmatic platform that combines a Demand-Side Platform with a lightweight Ad Exchange. I need an AdTech engineer or team that has hands-on experience with OpenRTB and high-throughput bidding engines to take this from concept to production.
What the finished product must do
• Real-Time Bidding: sub-120 ms bid response, full OpenRTB 2.x/3.x compliance.
• Campaign management: manual controls for budgets, pacing, targeting, and creatives plus automated optimisation that learns from performance data.
• Reporting & analytics: near-real-time dashboards covering impressions, clicks, win rates, eCPM/CPA, and supply quality.
• Brand-safety & fraud checks: block lists, category filtering, IVT detection, basic viewability signals.
• External exchange adapters: plug-and-play connectors (Google Ad Manager, Xandr, Magnite, etc.) built on the same adapter framework.
• Sell-side interface: publishers create ad units, set floors, and receive revenue stats—turning the system into a basic exchange.
Depth of delivery
Expect a production-ready architecture: microservices (Go/Java/Node or similar), well-structured DB schemas, REST/GraphQL APIs, front-end dashboards, Docker/Kubernetes deployment scripts, and unit/integration tests. An end-to-end MVP is the first milestone, followed by scaling, optimisation, and security hardening.
Acceptance benchmarks
– A test auction flows end-to-end and serves a live creative.
– Campaign metrics propagate to the reports within five minutes.
– At least one external exchange adapter sends and receives bid traffic successfully.
– System sustains 10 k QPS with < 120 ms average bid latency.
