Custom Micropython Firmware Board Configurations for STM32 H573ZI

I'm looking for a professional who can help me create a custom board configuration settings for building Micropython firmware for an STM32 H573ZI MCU. The specific changes I require are:
- Additional flash 16MB using SPI interface
- Additional RAM 2MB using FMC interface
- Setting up custom mboot bootloader.
- Setting up OTA firmware partition (2 Nos) settings.
- Customizing all the linker script settings, including memory map, stack and heap sizes, and linker script sections etc. to incorporate above.
The ideal candidate for this job should have:
