freelancers with experience on stm controllers, CAN protocol and USB may apply. this would be just a relay adapter to send usb data to CAN bus and vice versa. data from usb (max of 0xFFF) needs to be split into 8 bytes before sending on can. data from CAN (which is of 8 bytes max) has to be assembled before sending on usb using some protocol, which will be shared once the project starts.
