SIM Cards programming expert is required

I am looking for a SIM card programming expert to assist with a project focused on LTE/5G SIM card programming.

Skills and experience needed:
- Proficiency in GSM and CDMA programming
- Knowledge of LTE/5G technology
- Experience in SIM card programming for research or educational purposes

What needs to be done:

1. Remotely login to PC with Omnikey CardMan 6121 USB card reader
2. Install the necessary environment Open Source software such as libccid and OpenCT
3. Check the existing SMSs for 5G SA support enabled, enable when necessary
4. Change PLMN code on SIM profile (Update IMSI)
5. Teach us how to do it, prepare the instruction to perform this task.

Requirements:
- The freelancer should have the necessary equipment and software for SIM card programming.
- The end goal of the project is for research or educational purposes.
