Remote control needs to be programmed to specific board on a unique frequency

I have 3 remote controlled circuit boards, but the remote seem to share the frequency and conflict, I need the circuit boards to see the remotes independently and I need to set the remote specifically so that when on a common frequency, they react in unison. Simply in concept. Imagine a garage door, I want to be able to set 3 garage doors to independent frequencies, however I want to be able to change that frequency when I want, this was 1 remote can open 1 door, or all 3 depending on how I feel, now imagine 50 garage doors, I may want to set 20% to frequency 1, 30% to frequency 2 and the rest on frequency 3, and be able to change them when needed.
