Remote control car controlled by MSP430

I need a remote control car that works with the MSP430 microcontroller (MSP430G2553) from Texas Instrument, it will use direct current motors, stepper motors, a horseshoe sensor to measure its speed, an ARD-307 GPS module, the direction and speed of the car. The cart must be controlled by means of an HC-05 bluetooth module, it must not be very elaborate or difficult or professional, on the contrary, it must be very simple to understand and explain in each line, also the fact that the project can work is enough.
