We have a very simple programming requirement using a Raspberry PICO for use with a tape detection and reject system.
Components:
Tape Sensor - 24VDC Signal
Box Pusher operated by solenoid - 24VDC
Program Requirement:
When a tape is detected (via the sensor) the pusher stays on standby
When a tape is not detected (via sensor), the solenoid is triggered for a set time (variable) and then retracts back - signal off
