I am looking for an experienced developer to program a Raspberry Pi AI system with the following components:
• Raspberry Pi 5
• Hailo-8 AI Accelerator
• Mega AI USB Camera
The goal is to create an automated system capable of detecting when a page is in focus, reading the text on the page, and sending it to a specified contact on Telegram. Below are the detailed project requirements:
Project Requirements
1. Page Focus Detection with Voice Guidance:
• Use the Mega AI USB camera to detect when a page is fully in focus.
• Provide real-time voice guidance with prompts like “move the page left,” “move it right,” “up,” or “down” to help the user position the page correctly.
• Use the Hailo-8 AI accelerator to speed up page detection and positioning accuracy.
2. Optical Character Recognition (OCR):
• Once the page is correctly positioned, automatically capture the page image.
• Use OCR to recognize and read the text written on the paper.
• Ensure accuracy in text recognition, as this content will be sent to a specified contact.
3. Telegram Integration:
• Send the recognized text as a message to a specified contact on Telegram.
• Include error handling to ensure the text is sent only after successful recognition.
4. Additional Requirements:
• Provide a straightforward setup guide or documentation for using the system.
• Code must be efficient and make optimal use of the Hailo-8 AI accelerator for real-time performance.
