2 PCB designs with full embedded coding

Hello,

We need to design and code two PCB as the following:
1- The 1st one with the following components:
- AVR [ATMEGA32], QTY:1
- ESP8266 [Wifi] serial TTL, QTY:1
- Ultrasonic sensor, QTY:1
- Relay, QTY:1
- Power source, QTY: 1
2- The 2nd one with the following components:
- Temp sensor, QTY:1
- SIM module, QTY:1
- Relay, QTY:3
- AVR [ATMEGA32], QTY:1
- ESP8266 [Wifi] serial TTL, QTY:1
- Power source, QTY: 1

And the deliverables for each PCB are as the following:
1- Full PCB design
2- Full PCB coding
3- Simulation file to confirm before printing
