Nordic BLE Wireless Relay Switch Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
NO COPIED CODE WILL BE ACCEPTED (ALL LIBRARIES USED MUST BE SELLABLE FOR INDUSTRIAL USE)
We are making a wireless relay system to exchange messages, statuses, etc.
between relays (the 'nodes') using the BLE mesh network. We would like to
implement the mesh network communication between multiple nodes using Nordic
Semiconductor nRF52840
(https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000189032560.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.54b14c4dFJL
3dJ). The mesh network should contain any number of basic/normal nodes and one
master/controlling node.
Deliverables
1.Use of MESH Topology for the successful implementation of covering a large
area.
2.Be able to control the state (on/off) of the relay module attached to the
Nordic chip (nrf52840).
3.Communication between nodes (regular and master nodes)
4.Be able to control the intensity of the appliances that are connected e.g.,
Lights, Fans, etc. by both from the app and the physical potentiometer
attached to the switchboard
5.The app should know the state of the appliances (on, off, and level of
intensity) e.g. Sonoff style convention (https://sonoff.tech/)
6.Be able to track temperature, electricity usage, etc. to allow users to keep
track.
7.Be able to introduce new nodes within the network along with new relays if
required (this should be possible in runtime after the device has been
implemented in the setting).
