Moxa Custom Serial Data Monitoring Interface
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm in need of a tailored serial data collection interface that will allow for real-time monitoring of network equipment. This interface should be compatible with Moxa or similar devices and primarily focused on handling ascii RS-232 data streams from an existing Microprocessor based controller.
Key Requirements:
- The interface needs to facilitate real-time data monitoring.
- It should be capable of communicating with various network equipment.
- Proficiency in managing binary/ascii data is essential, as this will be the primary data format encountered.
- We would like to provide similar functionality and remote communication interfaces similar to those described in the Asco literature provided (which I believe is a Moxa based device)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Moxa or similar devices and custom interfaces is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of network equipment and data monitoring.
- Expertise in handling binary/ASCII data with precision.
- Prior experience in creating real-time monitoring systems.
- As a reference I am using Asco Document 381333-459C as a starting point because I believe this device is a Moxa device.
- I have also attached several pages from our ATS Microprocessor controller.
