RX72N Microcontroller & DP83822 PHY Integration
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for an expert in embedded systems and networking to assist with my project. The task involves integrating the Renesas RX72N microcontroller with the DP83822 Ethernet PHY on a custom board. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Software Development**: You should be proficient in developing an Ethernet driver and configuring the RX72N Ethernet MAC in RMII mode. Implementing MDIO for PHY communication is also part of the job.
- **TCP/IP Stack Integration**: Either the lwIP or Renesas Ethernet stack can be used. You will need to configure static IP addressing and ensure proper packet transmission/reception.
- **Ping Test Implementation**: This includes implementing ICMP echo request/reply handling and validating connectivity with a PC through a ping test.
- **Debugging**: You should be able to debug the system using Wireshark if necessary.
Ideal candidates should have prior experience with Renesas microcontrollers, Ethernet PHYs, and TCP/IP networking. Strong programming skills, particularly in C, and experience with embedded systems are crucial. Familiarity with Wireshark for debugging purposes is also essential. Please note that the current project has ThreadX implemented and NetX.
