MICRO-CONTROLLER PROGRAMMER

Hello, I'm looking to hire a Micro-controller programmer who specializes in Embedded programming. I'm looking for someone who has prior relevant experience and can commit their time and energy to the project.

I am ordering a pcb board from pcbway and some of the boards have micro-controllers that need to be programmed. i need someone to just be able to explain to me how the process is done and what information i need to provide them.
