LUA embedded programming
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Data exchange application running on an embedded controller from Sierra Wireless. Below links may be used
if you feel appropriate. Data exchange happens over TCP/IP port from MB (we are master) to MQTT (we are broker).

GitHub - xHasKx/luamqtt: luamqtt - Pure-lua MQTT v3.1.1 and v5.0 client
We need to be MQTT server or broker (Sparkplub B) , not Client/Subscriber.
Use a text file that will define to connect Modbus variables with MQTT variables and also save other config data. Use 2 variables of each MB type for read/write - bools, int 16/32 bits, floats. 32 bit will be single entity.
Will need full source, user manual in MS Word, some training and remote access to HW provided. Will work with selected person to get this done. Please share your LUA experience. Please do not apply if you will learn on the job.
