Implement http:s protocol on Microchip microcontroller using Harmony stack V.3

We are trying to implement the above mentioned protocol to transfer data to remote server from assent management/control hardware built around a microcontroller from Microchip. Microchip claims the free stack provided by them i.e. Harmony V3.0 supports this protocol . However , we are having trouble implementing this protocol and the help from Microchip is slow in coming. We need to resolve this fast . The data is sent over an Ethernet connection.
