**Bidder have to discuss their approach and module to be used as technical propsal**

Hi , Im a software engineer looking for a microcontroller engineer to Build a prototype for a device to communicate with a mobile phone with these features
1. send signals from mobile to microcontroller to start/stop/adjust the speed of the motor
2. GPS and speed information to be sent regularly to mobile phones to track microcontroller
3. Voice communication from mobile to the microcontroller

distance should be around 200~500m and 2 devices are mobile

Freelancer should provide & advise required HW, required chips design.
