HTML Design on ESP8266 , Bug Fix and Style change

1. we have ESP8266 HTML page that needs to be redesigned in style
the new style will be provided by us and the freelance need to recoding the old function to the new style page
2. we creat Log txt on the ESP8266, the problem is the log is updating only one time - the freelancer will need to solve the bug, the txt file needs to be updated for each new print massage
