Gas Sensors Signal Processing Circuit Safety Certification Firmware Development -- 2

Job ID: 31556510

Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR

We are building gas sensors for multiple gases in association with University of Cambridge and IIT Bombay, and require an experienced electronics engineer with experience in building signal conditioning circuits for sensors.
The candidate should have good experience and understanding of analogue circuits. The candidate should be capable of designing electronic circuits, identifying components, designing PCB layout and developing necessary firmware for microcontrollers/ micro-processors. The candidate should be comfortable using the latest design tools like Mathworks and other computer aided design tools.
The product design includes designing multiple analogue and digital outputs like 0V-5V, 0V-10V, 4220mA, voltage free relay contacts, RS485, IoT wireless communication protocols, GSM, HART, On-Board Display, Alarms, Magnetic Pen operations and other state of the art features.
The candidate should also have experience in working with digital wireless communication protocols like LoRa, Wireless HART, ZigBee and wired protocols like RS485 and CAN outputs and analogue voltage and current outputs.
The signals from the sensor are very low current signals in nano-ampere range with very high input impedance. The analogue circuit must accommodate high quality noise filtering sections appropriate OP-Amps, and shielding from EMC/EMI and other noise related issues.
The candidate should be up to date with latest components and developing trends in electronics industries.
The candidate must have experience of pre-compliance for safety certifications like ATEX and quality certifications like SIL and CE.
