Forward vehicle OBD/USB connection to another PC

I have a computer with a high spec, a J2534 device and software linked to this, these devices will remain in one place. I need to be able to have a person take a simple OBD to USB cable such as Tactrix and driver to connect their vehicle to a laptop and then in turn have this USB port relay information to my PC as if their OBD to USB cable is actually connected to my PC through the J2534 device.
